Orders

I Steve Rosewell Photographer gather certain information about students I am photographing in order to complete your orders. For the most part no student Data is held with the photographs unless where parents write their children’s names on the proof cards which are returned to parents on fulfillment of the order.

The order envelopes filled in by parents which may contain names, addresses and email addresses are held in the office for 12 months after which they are incinerated. They are held electronically or used if communication via school has failed while in the pursuit of completing your order.

Your Photographs

The images I capture are sent encrypted to my laboratory for processing. These are held securely, and a copy of their privacy policy can be viewed at dscolourlabs.co.uk

They are held for a period of three months and then deleted.

All images in the office are held on external storage for a period of 18 months.

For my schools who we use gotphoto for a copy of their Data Privacy Policy can be viewed at gotphoto.co.uk. The processing is again with D S Colour labs in Stockport whose policy link is above.

Some schools are securely sent the photographs for their records and for information on how they are linked to their school ID please contact the school.
